Application Instructions
Recommended pressing parameters for transferring silicone-cut logos onto fabric:
180-micron films
- Temperature: 150–180℃
- Time: 10–20 seconds
- Pressure: Medium-high
- Single-sided pressing is sufficient.
300–500-micron films
- Temperature: 150–180℃
- Time: Top side 10–15 seconds + bottom side 10–15 seconds (double-sided pressing)
- Pressure: High
- Due to silicone's low heat conductivity, single-sided pressing may be insufficient for thicker films; double-sided pressing is recommended.
Notes and Recommendations
- • Ensure the fabric is clean and dry before transfer.
- • Do not peel the film until full cooling is complete.
- • Perform test pressings to optimize settings for high-volume production.
- • Dispose of cutting waste in an environmentally friendly manner.
