Application Instructions

1. ES Series – Application Conditions

Water-based adhesive for piece-to-piece printing – T-shirts

  • Temperature: 160~170℃
  • Time: 10-20 seconds
  • Apply adhesive to the fabric and cure in the dryer (follow chemical supplier instructions).
  • Lay the foil evenly onto the fabric and press at the specified settings.
  • Monitor temperature and pressure during continuous operation.
  • Allow the fabric to cool completely before peeling off the PET film.
2. Xline Series – Application Conditions

Solvent-based adhesive for roll-to-roll / continuous printing

  • Temperature: 120~140℃
  • Speed: Adjustable according to your process (typically 15-25 m/min)
  • Control tension on film winder and rewinder, ensuring adequate tension.
  • Apply solvent-based adhesive to the foil, pass through the drying cabinet to partially cure the adhesive, then press onto the fabric.
  • Monitor temperature and pressure during high-speed continuous operation.
  • Allow the fabric to fully cure in a ripening room heated to 70°C (approximately 24 hours), then peel off the PET film.
Note: Keep away from heat above 90℃ after application, as high heat may cause color fading. If ironing is required, cover with a thin fabric.
