Premium Hot Melt Glitter Powder
Our premium hot melt glitter powder is designed for high-end textile, footwear, and accessory applications. Made with metalized PES (Polyester) and CoPES (Copolyester) hot melt, it offers superior shine, brilliant color depth, and excellent washability.
Available in hexagonal shapes with dozens of vibrant colors, this heat-activated powder ensures strong adhesion and long-lasting durability, making it ideal for double-fabric roll-to-roll printing.

Application Process
1. Sprinkle
Glitter powder is sprinkled onto the fabric surface (electrostatic or manual) as it moves on the conveyor.
2. Sandwich
A second fabric is placed on top before pressing. The powder's hot melt side adheres to either fabric.
3. Press
Heat Press at 140–160°C. Line speed: 5–10 m/min. Recommended press length: 1–2 meters.
4. Separate
Fabrics are separated immediately after pressing (no cooling needed) and wound onto rolls.
